Recognitions and Awards 

In 2022, Liliam M. López, President and CEO of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SFLHCC), was honored with the title of Kentucky Colonel by Governor Andy Beshear of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. This prestigious recognition, the highest awarded by the state, acknowledges López's exceptional dedication to community service and her impactful leadership spanning over 25 years. The commissioning took place during SFLHCC’s annual Sustainability Luncheon, underscoring her commitment to environmental advocacy and the empowerment of the Hispanic business community.

Founded 30 years ago, the SFLHCC is considered one of the top five Hispanic Chambers of Commerce of the United States offering its members different activities in which to network and meet possible business prospects. Through its Small Business Committee, the SFLHCC is able to provide a voice for its small business members.
