An annual health and wellness expo with a lunch/panel discussion component that is free and open to the public. Health screenings, healthy cooking demonstrations, health topic discussions on stage with interactive Q & A from public. There is also a lunch for chamber members with a panel discussion on a theme selected by the chamber’s health and wellness committee. This event takes place annually in the month of April.
